Hey I am about to create a paypal account, and someone is going to pay me 500$ right the first minute after i created the paypal account. Is this safe? Or will paypal ask something?

Why not just send a prepaid card with the amount, or a similar electronic transfer through an actual institution, then go about getting it to paypal from there instead of doing it directly if it'll cause a problem?

I had $300 come into my unverified PayPal, they didn't limit it until almost a month after I received the money. I managed to spend all of it. So you may get limited or you may not, that's the chance you take with PayPal.
