I'd recommend you to create a killer landing page and hire a coder, who could create a server side script that converts pdf to doc, docx, png, jpg etc.
You should offer two options; to convert for free and have file watermarked or to covert with either paid subscription or one time payment.
Since your domain is .co.uk ie targeted to United Kingdom, you'd need a domain with global TLD.

Plan B, sell the domain.

The domain name is good and you can use it to promote related CPA product. You may even find something related over clickbank. You can either make landing page or you can just start with few informative posts promoting products.
