Monetize wordpress 60k hits a month

I have a blog i made for my friend and its getting over 1.5-2.5k hits a day and 60k hits last month. What is the best way to monetize and how do I add banners and what not to wordpress and how much could we potentially make?

I have been trying to link it to adsense but it is just not working, any suggestions as to why? it wont verify and when I paste the code to the page it shows up as code and not as an ad
 
Either put it in a text/html widget or get an Adsense plugin and it will work.
 
When did you get your adsense approved? it takes up to 24 hours to get ads to go live...
 
If it's US traffic I can make about $2k/month out of this. PM me for more info if it's US ;)

Sent you a PM, and I just added 2 codes through the Easy ad sense plugin on adsense, will it be up in 24 hours?
 
Try Clickbank.. Can pay off if you promote something good and interesting.. More conventional way would be adsense / media.net (i am not sure about media.net coz i haven't used them yet)
 
She is a very hot girl and already has a great amount of publicity.
