My 3000th Post. From Zero to Seven Figures.

Moving to an office is definitely a great idea that I've been thinking of lately. At least they know you're "at job".

It doesn't have to be expensive and you can do it if you're part time. Lots of shared office spaces offer short term/part time desks so if you just needed a desk Monday-Wednesday it wouldn't be an issue. I would definitely recommend it for productivity.

OKAY. I will be honest.

You are good man and best of luck and no offense but I am really so jealous right now... I am very jealous right now. :( "7 figures" ooooh damn it.

As mentioned before it helps so much! I have no problem getting work done from home, but the rest of the world doesn't get it - and I had friends stopping by if they had the day off and somehow they thought it was play time 24/7. meathead is 100% right - productivity will shoot through the roof....not because you couldn't do it form home, but it eliminates all the little things like people dropping by, etc - those things take up more time than you think.

No reason why you can't get there, too!

Hey thomas how can I flip sites in scrapebox?

Congrats meathead! Glad to see a fellow UK guy doing good!

Do you still create sites to flip? or just focus on you broking clients? The several big sites that you own/run now, do they make money via advertising, or selling services/products etc? sorry just being nosey, you don't have to answer that last question lol

I mainly broker now, but when I want sites for myself, I will buy them established. There isn't enough money in it on the lower end of the market for me anymore. The only way there would be is with a large outsourcing team - and that's not something I want to manage. I would struggle to compete on cost with cheaper countries. It's a good way to start out, but when you need to be making $20k/mo to breakeven you will struggle to get there selling $100 sites!

The sites I own vary. Most are relatively hands off, though. Some have advertising, some sell a product. The only service I sell is brokerage which is relatively high end. Services tend to be a lot of work and are extremely difficult to scale in my experience.

Very motivational post mate!
I loved reading your story and I will be working hard at my project!
