In this moment i have Optimized the content with the plugin SEO by yoast.
And i have add backlink to my domain.

What do i need to do for rank all my page directly in the first position on google ?

My advice is to make backlink pyramid with your keywords.
For tier 1 use high quality web 2.0 sites with unique content.
For tier 2 and 3 use spun content and all types of backlinks.

There are quick and dirty ways to do it. there are hard ways to do it. But it all depends upon the KW that you are competing for, to start with, and so many other factors.

Can you send a list of Keywords that you are trying to rank for and the pages that you are trying it to rank for? After seeing that i can give more accurate answers. Or just PM me if you are not comfortable with sharing it public.

Legends I can fell you're new at the game. So I'm gonna share you some tips:

1: Create awesome content on the sites you wan't to rank. Atleast 500 words, 2000 words is preferable though.
2: In Yoast SEO Plugin you can see the densitity of keywords, keep your keyword% of the keyword you wan't to have on Page 1 of Google on around 2%
3: Get links to your website. If its a low search term keyword keep the anchor phrases as follow: 30% moneykeyword 20%longtail keywords 30% raw url 20% generic terms(click here ie)

Example: If you can get 100 links from 100 different websites the name of the links should be:

30 x moneykw links
20 x longtail links
30 x raw url links
20 x click here, see more, more information, source etc links
