Cutting back on the booze, and getting back in the gym I think quite a few of us fall into that trap when committing to 12+ hour days. I know I do! Inspirational stuff man. Congrats on your success. Congrats bro. Ive made money before here and there but cannot figure out how to sustain this man. Its getting to the point where i want to quit but I know i am not..tried everything lately, everything i do makes money but im spending more than im making..hard to tweak. But hey im trying 3 different things this week, so lets see.. And i know the advice would be to stick to one thing and be good at it..but im good at alot, just cant seem to figure this out. lol, i know that sounds like a contradiction but i do know alot, just cant put the damn pieces together

Just stick to one thing for a while. I also have a million new ideas a day but you need to focus. It's hard, but you'll never get anywhere if you keep jumping from one thing to the next.

Inspiring post

- Be honest and be yourself. I'm a very honest person and often come across as quite rude (I'm sure a lot of you have noticed!). Sometimes being too honest gets me in trouble (I often lose sales by being too honest!) but long term I believe this helps. I get a lot of referrals in my business and my clients love the fact they will get an honest answer from me. They don't always like the answer I will give them, but they know it will at least by honest. Bullshitting can get you so far, but it's really not the way to go long-term. You should always be yourself - people like working with people (not businesses/machines) so let some of that personality shine through!

Many people lose themselves when they see some $$$. Be real. Congrats for your achievement.

Very good question.

Whilst I love the entrepreneurial lifestyle, it's still hard when you have a close group of friends and family who all have regular jobs. They just don't understand the lifestyle and I often miss out on things due to work or need to take calls at unsociable hours.

That's one of the main reasons I moved to an office. People understand going to work so when I'm at the office people know I'm working. When I used to work from home everyone assumed I could just do everything for them like collect parcels, pay bills etc. sounds stupid but it can get annoying, especially when you're running a company and your time is valuable.

I found I was a lot more productive when I left my parents house (2010) and had pressure to pay rent. If there's no pressure, it's easy to get lazy. Same logic behind office except it also helps me focus and keep work and personal life separate which is important.
