No not duplicate content, Its just for some info displayed in a way. Think of post type feature of wordpress. It does add extra fields to fill out when at post editor in wordpress.

You have the ability with it to post price/link (custom anchor)/ etc. Also it can be disabled. My coder also started to work on a share button implemented there, which works similar like social traffic pop but looks much better.
