PayPal Permanently Limited

Hi,

I just got an email from PayPal telling me that my account has been Permanently limited, this has happened for no reason. I have a negative balance as someone on this forum tried to scam me, by requesting a refund when I supplied what he wanted, but he changed his mind and said he doesn't want it anymore he said this 2 days after payment!
I have given him 48 hours to drop the refund, I need him to do this so I can close my PayPal account and start again. I have no other options than PayPal. So how can I start again on PayPal, should I close my old account and use fake details for new account?
Or would a new account be limited as soon as I receive money? I need PayPal, as I need to buy things online and everywhere only seems to accept PayPal.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Please don't ask who the BHW member is, if he doesn't get back to me withing 48 hours I will expose him in the shitlist. All I am saying is he is Junior VIP and seemed legit, guess you can't trust anyone

later even if you accept to pay negative balance they don't let you get new one

since i don't live in USA i was able to get another account later with different bank account

so if your bussiness depends on paypal pay negative balance and continue

I responded to a WTB thread. The person was asking for an aged Fiverr Account. I supplied it, he said thanks. A couple of days later I get him requesting a refund on PayPal. I contact him on here and ask him why he is wanting a refund. He tells me he doesn't need the account anymore, 2 days after the payment. I tell him thats not my problem, because it isn't, the account is what he asked for. So I tell him hes going on the shitlist if he doesn't drop this refund request. He starts beating around the bush and saying he needs a refund or he will loose $2000 as his PayPal is limited. He then says he will send the amount he bought the account for instead of dropping the refund, he hasn't yet sent anything. I am not bothered about the amount of money, as it is nothing. What I am bothered about is that this is making my PayPal balance negative so I can't close it. I also am angry that he has done this as he is a Junior VIP. Sorry for the long amount of text.

That is so wrong...can you please name that scammer? because i had few shady requests for my aged fiverr account..but i didnt sell it. Just want to see if its same person...well...point him out..help others to not get into same situation.

I had the same exact situation years ago. I actually just created another account using my business bank account.

When I had enough in my business Paypal I just called them and told them to transfer my funds to my locked account and everything went back to normal standing.

Yeah seems like it might be the same person. I have told this guy though that I won't publicly post anything until 48 hours. I have given him 48 hours to respond. If he doesn't then I will make sure the whole of BHW knows who he is. If he comes through then I will call it a bad transaction as to be fair he does have quite good iTrader score. PM me the user that tried to buy your account, I will tell you if it is the same person. Thanks for the support and understanding.

Thanks for posting this. I have called them a few times, but they keep giving me stupid answers, and redirecting me. So I have given up calling them for today.

dam buddy, I hope this works out for you. Have you considered getting a payoneer card? I started using payoneer when I started getting screwed with from buyers like your describing. If I think there is a possiblity of me getting screwed I make them pay through payoneer, if I trust the buyer Ill send them through paypal.
