Truthfully you are going to have a very hard time coming anywhere near #1 on any search engine with those keywords. Warez and downloads are extremely saturated. Even if you went PPC you'd be paying a fortune.

EDIT: Just looked over your site. If you are going to hide everything from non-registered users the search engines aren't going to be able to spider any content on your site.

Yeah dude. I am extremely good at SEO and outrank tons of high PR sites because of my methods and even I don't think I would waste time with those keywords. You are going to need some creative traffic techniques and some deep-index keyword pages...Or a Miracle!
