Not allowed to post urls? I've been here 6 months

I tried sharing something in download section but i cant post urls. it says you are not allowed to post urls until after you have been here for a little longer.
how long do i have to be here to post urls?

Being a member of the forum and being a contributing member are 2 different things. You have less post counts. BHW allowed me to post links when I had more than 40 posts

just got some free time so though i'd share some stuff in dl section but it doesnt let me post anything with a url in it
