Received special order from Moz for a site of mine. Provided me with great customer service, answers all my questions, he's a great guy to do business with. I love these kind of sellers. Because it shows that they know what the hell they're doing.

My article looked great, I asked Moz if he can add a couple more things to it, he did so accordingly and sent over the revised content. Then i fed it to the devil (Google). My site is ranking nicely. I have yet to begin any off page seo. Great work by Moz.

I will be ordering 2 more 500 word articles in a bit.

I purchased 30 articles and was very happy with them. The only issue I had was a few words were not in American English so a word like "utilize" was spelled "utilise" and "specialization" was spelled "specialisation" but I've talked to them about this, and they will fix going forward so I'm about to place an order for my second batch of articles. I was also happy that when I emailed for support, I got a fast reply. Anyway... I'm pretty happy with their work so if you need unique content give them a try.

I too have been trying to get in touch with him the past two days. I caught him on Skype a few times but I got no response. I haven't ordered anything new though but I want to.

From what I gathered about him through our conversations he seems like a trustworthy guy so there is probably a legitimate reason for his absence.

My order is not working out. Please handle this properly.

I ordered back on March 11th, with basic keyword density instructions.
On March 16th I received an email with poorly written articles. None of the articles were written well, and none of the instructions were followed.
You said you would send back to your quality control guy "QC guy", on 3-16.
Since then my emails haven't gotten replied to, and I still don't have what I ordered after 1 month.

I am not going to request a refund or leave a neg. review for you here, however I am asking for you to handle this business correctly. Kindly fulfill my order or take care of it as you see fit.
