@Entri3, today is Wednesday and you promised me a reply on Monday which never came from your staff. Are you the only one working? I really do not mind if you were the only one working which explains the slow response but i rather that you be upfront with it.
I posted about my issue on SEOMoz and they are saying that it could be a penalty which caused such a huge drop in my site that got it to be de-indexed within one hour. Did your sites get a penalty which explains why my site was affected? I did not and have never purchased any SEO packages prior to your package and this was a completely new site
Please, please help solve my issue. I am at my wits end here

I have been charged $2500 for two orders. A month has passed from both orders. Crazy direct backlinking resulted in slightly lower ranks and unnatural backlinks warning from Google (which I was told to ignore by entri3.
No reply or report about my second order 4941844380 (HALF NUKE). Asked for a refund for the second order (HALF NUKE) and haven't heard back, which was auto-rebilled at no-discount rate. Have two open tickets on thelinkthunder.zendesk.com (one is 7 days old the other is 3 days old with no response). I can't imagine how its possible to run a business like this where u take thousands of dollars and don't bother to take care of problems/refunds.
If your tactics can't deliver the results everybody is raving about, it would be appropriate to refund at least half the charges? wouldn't you guys agree?

I have already updated that i wont be able to communicate due to travel. It's just a basic understanding. I do understand how if affects your side but you have to look at my side too. Discounts are only for the first month when the client realizes what the service has to offer & is satisfied & want to continue campaigns. It doesn't mean that if one has less results the other will experience the same. 100's of satisfied customers work with us & keep ordering over & over again. It's not the SEO campaign you use but a lot of other factors. All tickets are being solved now...
