i want to use adwords conversion optimizer and they gave me a code to put on the cpa offer
as conversion tracking code

which part in the cpa offer can i add the tracking code to be updated

for promotion
the cpa network that i am in are using hasoffer

I dont think this is possible without using some sort of cloaking. AW wont allow you to promote a CPA offer unless you seek express permission for it. Ping me if you need assistance.

i dont think adword allows CPA offer to advertise. Have you done that before with success?

i have successfully launched and still launching cpa offers via adwords. No cloaking involved (i just blanked the referer).

I called an adwords agent and told me that IT IS OK as long as the FOCUS of your site is not plainly to promote the offer. She also told me that I must avoid email optin forms in my landing page. Just be creative and you'll get what I mean. (Though I admit that the conversion isn't very good)

Once your site is approved at adwords, you may now insert a button in the landing page pointing directly to your offer.

Clocking works only a short period of time. I still didn't find a cloacker that 100% work with adwords.
