Looking for a Youtube software to send messages to users

Hello dear BHW's,

I am looking for a very good Youtube software to send messages with to users.
I have a list of users and would like to send messages, without being blocked/banned or whatever.
To summarize, im looking for a YT software that is SAFE.

Please give me any free/low cost suggestions and also what the maximum of messages to send per day thru youtube is.
Of course I will use an account thats not the official one to send messages but would the ip address make a problem for the official account?

I will consider it, but whats it like for commenting on videos, this was the feature I couldn't get to work on the cracked version, it kept giving me this error:

"failure (user does not accept comments)"

Has your's ever come up with this error?

I used it many months ago, and then it worked great. Can't tell about the newest versions, but most likely it's the cracked version that's bugging.

I bought the full version, and its way too glitchy to function. Wasted my $$. If anyone knows any good alternatives, please let us know.

I think youtube is changing their rules so that you can only send messages and videos to your own contacts, so this method is about to be useless... :dontknow:
