Hello BHW. In my country PayPal isn't supported. I want to open account to receive money, but there are literally 1 million topics on internet saying that Payza and Moneybookers are closing your account without reason when you have quite money on it. I want to know if someone is using them here, since I would like to use safe service where I can receive money and withdraw it without problems. Thank you very much.

Payza is not a scam, I've been using them for months, much better then Paypal

I think Payza support ( legally ) more countries than MB , but i prefer MB its bit easier :)

We're using both - haven't had any problems.

I am using moneybookers for years, and I am damn satisfied, and the support is GREAT helped me few times. The only bad thing they have is EURO->USD and vice versa conversion rates are a bit exaggerated.

First you need to know about payza - payza isn't accepting bank anymore :) So its sucks! No1 is even buying it! So NO WAY FOR PAYZA!

Moneybrookers is a great option to receive credit card payments

I am using both Moneybookers and Payza for many years now. Moneybookers can close your account anytime permanently without showing a specific reason, happened to some of my friends. They will just convert your account to "merchant" if somehow they suspect you are using it for receiving commercial payment, which happened to me, now I am paying much more fee's .. Even I use it for regular purposes.

On the other hand Payza is much safer, if your information is real, there shouldn't be any problem. I still use Moneybookers more than Payza because my Broker supports it. But I try not to leave a big amount on it.

Does anyone know which of the countries I listed its easy to get a bank account in, without being a resident? The laws vary by nation and the banks have differing policies regarding this. I think one Romanian bank allows anyone to open an account without being a citizen of Romania or resident, but its been a while since I seen the site so I forgot which bank it was.

you need to add a bank account to withdraw funds, or verify the account? a vba might work or prepaid card for a us bank account

A U.S. bank account can verify it I believe, but you can't get paid though it. But if someone wanted to get wire transfer it may be helpful to know which countries from the list are easy for non residents to get a bank account in.

My Vote goes for MOneybookers . coz i have used it before , its good . money comes directly to you bank account . and very less fees !
