How I make $7/day with Amazon 5 minutes work required.

Actually I build these stores with the paid version AOM script and I started with just a mall type store but quickly moved to more niches type stores. Toy sites sell toys all year long and not just for Christmas. Coffee is another overlooked niche many people just don't target but I do. Purses and handbags work well and women's shoes too. Just pick any category Amazon has and you can build an Amazon store and target any niche.

As far as traffic goes I do it all. PPC, Craigslist, media buys, blogs, offline advertising, you name it I use any method I can think of to get traffic to these stores. I always invest part of the profits back into paid traffic so I have a steady stream of targeted visitors. Free traffic is great but I do this full time so I need to make more money than free traffic can bring in. So I buy a good portion of my traffic and that produces more of a steady income.

You can sell anything online you want as long as you have continual targeted traffic coming to your sites. My advice is to become a traffic expert. Everything becomes much easier once you master that.

This is true, I use several associate-o-matic stores and make a bit of amazon money every day. Granted it is not a lot, but it only takes a few minutes to set up a full store. You can drive CL to your own site along with your other traffic. I only use bookmarking to get spidered. I am thinking of pointing a couple of auto-blogs to some of them to see if I can boost them a bit. Maybe write a few articles as well.

I like this idea, may have to try it. This just occurred to me:

What idiot DOESN'T check Amazon first to find what the going price of a new microwave is...THEN check Craigslist to see if you can beat it locally?

C'mon, admit it. We're making money off of stupid people. I've almost gotten rid of this vague, lingering guilt on exploiting the dumb. For the longest time I would look at Clickbank offers and go, "who would BUY this crap?"

nah, don't feel bad about it. I really don't think the majority of people are stupid, though. It's like different levels to it.

I was having a conversation with a friend of mine a few days ago, we were talking about our shared habit of getting music/games/movies/whatever off the internet, deleting what sucks and going to buy what we like. (support quality, no matter the genre.)

We got into people who bootleg this type of stuff. I know I could make a killing doing it, but getting new releases sometimes up to 6 months before they come out seems so natural that I can't imagine someone paying for something I put no thought into. But it never fails, I have this cousin that'll come to family get togethers with his chest puffed out like "Look at this bootleg movie I got." Everyone's like "whoooaaaaa that just came out in the theaters LAST MONTH!" And they buy it, calling him some kinda genius.

I sit quietly and think "I saw that 3 months ago..." They think I'm jealous because I don't buy his stuff. With a little effort, that could be MY money. But it all seems so dumb... like buying bottled water.


On the other hand, take this forum. for every rehashed, chopped up and pasted together idea that comes through, you'll have 10 people (like me) that are new to it all and will say "holy shit this idea is revolutionary let me get started RIGHT NOW!!!" Then you'll have 20 people come in and go "LOL NOOBZ THIS IS TEH OLDZ!"

Does that make me dumb for not knowing something obvious? Or me smarter for knowing more than others? Nah, just different levels of knowledge.

I know I just wrote a lot of crap and decreased the chances of this being read (and wasted a good blog post). But I say all of that to say this:


For every obvious thing you feel you know, there are at least 20 people who don't. Find those people and either share your knowledge, or exploit them for their lack thereof.

Take this a step further if its a hot product and respond to wanted emails and offer your link. There must enough people to make it worth while. I've made a sweet penny doing this.

Actually, I've set up a network of WordPress blogs that I host that drive traffic to my Amazon stores and it works. When you write your articles use some of them as original content for your blogs and then pay a service to get you tons of back links to your blog posts. Use the rest for Ezine articles for more back links and traffic. You'll get a steady stream of organic search engine traffic to your Amazon stores. It's a lot less expensive than PPC and works very well to drive targeted traffic.

The obvious flaw with this method is that the buyer wont get fooled by the price rhethoric of your ad being more expensive than amazon. As they probably went on ebay/amazon 1st and know what things cost, and are using classifieds to get a better price, not pay retail.

I have been doing this method for the last couple of days, and haven't mde any money yet, but hopefully will soon. What's annoying is that I still get emails asking me about the items. I list the price for just a little more, and people consistently email me about them, even though I provide a link to A BRAND NEW PRODUCT WITH FREE SHIPPING THAT'S CHEAPER. I don't understand it. I have to reply to these with "oh the product was just sold, why don't you try HERE on amazon..." which gets irritating.

I think people vastly underestimate people's stupidty or laziness or something. Now I just have to get the system right to make money off it, cause right now I'm posting 10-20 ads per day and haven't made anything in the last three days. (granted a lot of those ads weren't the way I should have had them looking back on it)

Nope.Just make an blogger page that suit their programs.Example gadget blog or some fashion blog.
