1. Yes, I guess.
2. Any way not excluded by the TOS of CB. Adwords may be one way but there are others, if you spent time searching you would have found them.
3. Me make product, make page to sell, you promote product, buyers come to my landing page; Landing page is the promotion page buyers land on to buy the product, you may own one yourself too.
5. Combined with WSO on youtube, without a doubt. In IM you will get used to reading, BHW is a good place to train that.
6. Search. Search! SEARCH!
7. Take action.

if you are looking for free solution ...just go to youtube and watch videos there are ton of videos given on these topic, and if you need some systematic approach then you can go for paid membership website, if you are interested for paid resource then i can help you.

Sorry dude m from India. So I don't think i can do it for you. Buy a US proxy from someone here like proxygo and don't forget to use your browser in anonymous mode. Best is to setup a virtual machine using virtualbox and use a system wide proxy.

Not if you have a elite proxy / VPN whose IP hasn't been known/listed as proxy. I think you are using transparent proxies which send your IP in the header. So your IP is detectable if you use them.

Free proxies are abused by all. So, even if you get one, it probably has been used by someone else for the same purpose. Depends on luck afterall... Check our proxy forum for lists..
