My videos aren't ranking well.

I'll pretty much just be reiterating what has been said.
-your views should be high retention. Also, drip feeding seems to be the most legitimate way to use view boosting. I personally don't boost, but I've read this over and over.
-as mentioned already, upload your own transcript/closed caption.
-sounds like you're over optimizing your keywords. Chose a few KWs to go after, and when using meta tags don't over do it as well(like 10 tags max). Likes, comments, and channel subscribers help along side with views. Be sure that your Keywords are within the first 60 characters of your title.
-make sure you are using a HQ/HD video.
Keep in mind rank a largely based off of competition.

oh and one thing i did with one of my videos but i wouldn't recommend is that i added loads and loads of extra tags in description(related keywords)...and my video jumped from page 11 to page 4 in a few hours...
i didn't add views, likes or comments during that time...so the extra tags did make a difference...(or maybe it was just a fluke)/

BB retention views are now only about a minute long.
Is your video much longer than that? Could be your problem.

His video is not showing up in the search like I've been saying. It doesn't matter if he bought 90% retention views... 50% retention views... it just doesn't show up unless he types in the exact title. I am pro member on vagex and use 90% retention on my videos and they are nowhere to be seen. It's just a problem with youtube and multiple people have been experiencing it.
I havent been uploading youtube videos for the past month but when I used to upload videos, they don't show for up to 3days (assuming you bought views). I'm not sure why that is, but it's probably because youtube hasnt properly recognized the views on the video to rank it in search engines. As for the videos not appearing on youtube AT ALL, I don't know what's wrong :S
