I already have an american partner helping me with my AC w9 verification and am looking to scale it up a notch.

I'm looking to partner up with one or 2 US citizens who can assure me of a W9 verification.

Each account will be used to post about 15 articles a day, which translates into a cool ~$270/month for a single partner, at a 20% profit sharing split. This would require absolutely no work from your side.

If the partner would like to submit articles to AC themselves, saving me some time and increasing their involvement, the profit split goes up to 30%, netting you about ~$410 per month for an hour or two's work.

You already know how AC works, but let me know if you need any further details.

With a usa VPN and full details information submission including SSN . Can i participate ? let me know please

As long as the SSN is legit, we are in the green.

I have a unused AC account that's just sitting there.

Hi Wazoo. I can do this under one of my companies. I would submit the articles too. If these are originals you should contact me as I have been successful with AC.

I also have a dormant AC account that is w9 verified-i would post for you as I enjoy the variety

contact me via one of the IM's listed I have them all online at all times through trillian

Where you people been? AC has dropped its prices its paying into the toilet. You cant make any money doing articles on there anymore.

Theres a lot of posts about the most recent turn of events and AC. Seems some of you have totally missed it.

Whats up with you coming into EVERY associated content thread and saying this? Personally I make great money with AC, just because you suck doesn't mean everyone else does. Or is it just a witty way of getting rid of some competition?

I started my post with this:

I already have an american partner helping me with my AC w9 verification and am looking to scale it up a notch.

Which translates into "I am already making $XXXX on AC with a single partner and am looking to scale it up".

***UPDATE***

A big Thank You to all who've replied and sent me PMs.

I have managed to finalize 2 partners for this one. I will however be opening this up again in mid-May, so if you'd like to partner up around that time, let me know. I'm gunning for 10 partners around then. Again, thank you for taking an interest.

goodluck mate! I know AC has gotten sick nowadays, paying low and getting a little too strict to comfort, but we can still earn $$$.

My guess that some AC folks are already here discouraging us all to pursue a steady legit income.

some are discourage because of their articles keep on being rejected !

If you're planning on earning more than $600 on the account, which I assume you are since you are seeking W9 completion, then your partner is going to get hit with a 1099 and the tax bill next year for 100% of the earnings, not 20%, and depending on their tax bracket the 20% may not even cover that, or if it does, it is still going to eat up a good chunk of that 20%. I'm not sure if you would be able to deduct 80% of that as business expenses since you paid it to your partner, but that is going to raise some red flags at the IRS even if you are able to.

Just throwing this out there, because when you do get the 1099, your earnings have been reported to the IRS and you have to pay taxes on it, because they know about it and they will know if it is not reported on your 1040.

The current american partner i have writes off ~95% of the AC money received to the 'costs of creating and proofreading the article'. He has an EIN number and is registered as a sole proprietor which allows him to do that. If you aren't doing this, you really should give it a shot. Also the costs written off are shown/substantiated by the PayPal transactions that the partner makes when he pushes out my share to me.

Also taxes are paid on profits, not revenue/earnings. This year, he'll end up paying close to $300 tax on the $X,XXX he earned from picking up the 30% option.

Anyone with an SSN can get an EIN for free from the IRS website:
http://www.irs.gov/businesses/small/article/0,,id=102767,00.html

Hope that clears it up vslay. I guess the 1040 and the Schedule C / C-EZ are the same thing, which means that the tax on net profits (not earnings) is only 15%.

I agree, last year I paid $100 (self-employment tax) on ~$2500 of business income. How? I had less than $1k in business profit (was sick much of the year). Schedule C is different than the 1040, but they work together if that makes sense. If you file business taxes you have to submit both (plus other forms sometimes, it can get kind of form-heavy).

Although, you have to select a business name to get an EIN and you may have to send in the paper form if you get rejected online (it's pretty random).

Let me know when you open up your JV again, I may be interested depending on the specifics.

I'm also US citizen, if anyone wants to partner up PM me

I have a W9 verified AC account that isn't being used. I can post for someone if needed.
