Pay Per Lead and Chat Traffic

Hi everyone, Im new here.. and Ive been reading the threads to learn more..
I dont have a website but Im doing good with chat traffic.. Its just time consuming but its ok with me..
I just wanna know if you have sites (camsites, or dating site..) who pays per lead. I dont mind if its low paying as long as its legit and doesnt need conversion like Chaturbate... Its just sad that chaturbate is closing their program on April 10th...

Chaturbate closing does suck, make ok money with them. Anyway if your traffic isn't converting , maybe change up your traffic. Because even if you find a lead program , if it doesn't convert they will drop you over time. Get at the root cause first.
