soundclick banned in India?

Hi,

Since today afternoon I'm not able to open Soundclick using my home IP. I get some notification ""This website/URL has been blocked until further notice either pursuant to Court orders or on the Directions issued by the Department of Telecommunications""

So, is it banned in India? Any idea Why?

Actually not able to open with my Idea GPRS also..So, not sure how it is working for others..

Bump - to see if now it is banned for others too? I tested it on 4-5 computers of friends of mine and it didn't work. It is banned for them too..

Sometimes i use the indian proxies to access it but it work fine. What is your internet connection speed and you can also use the another computer and try it.
