My apologies. I thought posting this question here would get me responses either from people selling memberships or people that can refer me to reliable and credible memberships, or even good links to good lists I can test myself (although I'd prefer to just have a membership - it's much easier).
I'm still lost trying to find my way about the forums effectively. I try to be very careful to post things correctly and in the correct places. Sorry for my ineptitude with forum use.
Is there like a best place in the forums to find this? I've looked at several(?) but this sort of information seems to be scattered about in various places.
Can you refer me to a good service that offers this sort of membership.
I'd like to be able to copy and past lists of proxies in proxy: port format with the following qualities:
1. U.S. only.
2. High anonymous (non-transparent seems to work as well).
3. Non PlanetLab/CoDeen,Governmental, educational or military.
4. Speed is not as important as anonymity.
