The pay rate I can pay you will be based on skill level. Please fill out the short application and send that as well as a sample of your work and/or portfolio to me at [email protected]

Are you available to work if the article requires a turnaround time of less than 2 hours for 500 words?

this guy doesn't pay. just a warning for fellow writers. is a week late with my payment. no replies back, ducking me on IM and gtalk. paid me initially for smaller projects and then dogged me now out of $56.

thanks for sharing !!

Writers seemed to be getting duped more and more these days. I guess that's why many of them won't even touch a project without having full payment upfront. Even then, you've got to worry about chargebacks because a crook will be a crook if they're crooked, lol!

Btw, I was being serious on that last statement. If only people would operate on a policy of "Do unto others..." we would all be better off.

Thank you so much for the warning

But of course you wouldn't clear that up

No, elly and pamon is the same person

Elly, I feel for you. Many writers ask for half-half (half before starting work and half upon completion of the project). I'd definitely adopt that business practice.

Sent an email. Let's hope the negative remarks I read above are proven wrong! :)

As I said, the allegations were true to an extent, the writer wanted payment immediately, I pay every Friday, he was paid that Friday.

Did any writers get hired?
What is your feedback on working with Anthraxx?
Does he pay and how often?

just wanted to post that the poster did pay me eventually, and that elly and I aren't the same person, he copied my post and added to it. Took him a week to finally pay last end of the payment to me, but got it done. Wanted to clear the air. I generally ask for full from a new client or 50% upfront, and 50% at completion. The completion was given and took a week after to get payment. Kept on promising and finally got it after I outed him. Thanks

That's not entirely true Pamon, I understand that some writers for lack of a better word don't "care" enough to read through policies, but my policy clearly stated that I make all payments on Friday's, you were paid that Friday as planned not because you "outed" me, if you're going to clear the air at least have a better understanding of the difference between reality and your own emotions.
