The only way I can think of this working is using a macro within virtual box

You can try JitBit macro recorder ... From memory I remember I was logged in with 2 users windows xp and jitbit was working on another... But this experiment was 3-4 years ago so... chances are 50-50

ya but can i run vbox without downloading os i mean can i run vbox using my own and current os ?! cuz i need about ten devices soo it is hard to download windows for every single device

Once you create the first virtualbox just copy it, no need to recreate it again. The first one you can make a backup of first pc onto first virtualbox
