In link building, we need scrape and build different kind of quality and relavent backlinks.

Basic requirement for quality backlinks in my view:

1. Its domain is not punished by Google (no indexed, no serps)
2. Its domain has normal weight in Google (-30,-50,-100)
3. Pages under the domain are easily indexed by Google (indexed after a long time even made ping, bookmarks and backlinks)
