Facebook Friend Adder W/ Personal Message?

I see that Facebook is now charging you $1 to message someone who is not your friend. I usually send out friend request, then follow up with who I work with (a band). I don't mind doing it manually, but now FB wants to charge $1 to send the follow up message.

Anyone know a way around this, manually, or a bot that can send a friend request, along with a message at the same time?

Are you sure ? i am sending messages to many people who are not in my frindlist without any charges ?

ive never heard of that fee before :S what country are you in because im sure in the UK facebook doesn't charge, maybe its a way to crack down on spammers tho

Creating a list of IDs that you want to use send the friend request out, then send the message out after.

facebook is planning to charge that amount to send sepcial msg to celebrities....that what i have heard of ...

it wont be implemented unless its to people who are special like what have been said. people already have the option to block private messages from anyone who is not on their friend list
