How to monetize 10.000+ views per day?

I have found a tv show that i can upload in youtube and have over 10k views per day (i have stats from others that do the same without monetizing it) and youtube does not take it down. The show is off course copyrighted only for usa viewers and not for the youtube global audience and i have no permission to upload it...

Is there a way to monetize it while i stay off the radar and avoid any legal issues? All my internet marketing ventures are 100% whitehat and legal i just feel this could be a greyhat venture that would be very easy to start and i am losing money everyday that i dont do it...

Atleast 3 months. Some where banned (they where not careful). Some just stopped out of boredom lol...

I don't have any CPA accounts and i know that these companies are very strict. Have done some applications before and they didn't even respond to me. Calling them is out of the question due to language barrier. Also i believe such companies would ban me because of the "illegal" origin of visitors.

Is there any CPA company that would accept me and such traffic?

I was also thinking about amazon offers or some affiliates like netflix but they would ban me 100% due to the nature of traffic...this is why i need some greyhat monetization method...

Another thought i had was maybe to try and get them to subscribe in email and then send affiliate offers? But isn't this dangerous to have my real info in some email provider and then they can track me for a lawsuit at worst or just ban me at best and lose all the subscribers?
