u can rank without being local citation
let say u promote kw+city but u in a metro with 20-30 cities how can you implement that to your strategy or just go for KW no city attach to it i try both but still hard for me to rank multiple city
creation of custom app to post reviews for offline customer
I m trying to be n expert in my niche with good interesting content
and of course some BH and automated task to make it alive

These results are usually based on what people search for. SO the idea would be to change what people search for to get rid of it. You can do this through legitimate means or some type of program

Truthfully if that particular company is doing shady business, they will not last. Easier to change the business name altogether. The brand has been tarnished.

I would really appreciate a how-to on putting together a nice looking report on a potential client's reputation and ranks in pdf format.

Something I could present a local company with in person or by e-mail, and be able to show them what they're doing right and wrong; as well as, what I could do to help them improve.

There is a program called Places Scout that does exactly this. It will produce rankings and client reviews in multiple formats.

i m able to rank some first page for some KW but
High competition one need more work still a newbie
one site have no citation & on #1 spot for KW+city HIgh competition more than 6 month there plus another of is website and some directory like yelp citysearch that 6 spot out of 10 need to kill my competition with Quality first tier will only blast my 2nd and 3nd tier
but i m going to need some BH power to outrank Big guy like Yelp or #1 but those guys have new sites coming all the time the using disposal site few month then get hit by update but they are always on getting rank .Also they rank #1-3 for all city around
that disgusting domination

need help strategy plan method then can think about some other niche because if i can do that

When you do your ranking report, what city do you have as the default within Google?

I've noticed different rankings for different default cities, so you need to be careful on how you set this.

Yes to change the google auto suggestion results the key factors are:
Number of searches
CTR of searches
Results produced

Its not an easy task which is why ORMers can charge quite a substantial amount for it however it is a much cheaper optio nthan changing the brand name as it only takes one blog post of an ex employee made redundant from the re-branding to say actually company X is company Y and they are only changing their name cos they are rubbish and then he sells that tsory to a newspaper journalist makes a quick 500 bucks and now a blogpost and a possible credible newspaper article bring the problem back but worse.

But for an ORMer like moi that's a happy scenario because it means more work so a higher bill unless if the company can't afford it.

Doesn't have to pertain to a company whether it's shady or legit. Just interested in how I could influence it or even get it to suggest a company's name for example.

I do like this idea but if it can be done easily in Places Scout it may not be worth covering.

Who are you targeting with this video series? Buyers like us, who are looking to do this kind of thing? Or know-nothing local business owners?
I detailed a few things in the PM I just sent you, but I'll somewhat reiterate.
Using social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest, Instagram, etc... for SEO and ORM.
Fulfillment would be a nice thing to see.
Mobile reviews are a biggie. I don't know many people who are doing this successfully right now, and I think it's a very big selling point and will increase fulfillment rates significantly.
Though Yelp and G+Local seem to be fighting this to a certain extent...
