WikiRobot is probably the best out there right now for wikilinks. The developers are very active and are right on top of things. The developer even spent a day with me on skype when we were trying to nail down a indexing bug together. I would highly reccomend them.

I have Wiki Bomber and Wiki Robot both and my recommendation is Wiki Robot. Here are the reasons -

Pros:

1. You can verify all live links with just one click. It's important for me since I don't want submit dead links to indexer. Wiki Bomber shows a lot of dead links in report.
2. It's easy to group sites in Wiki Bomber based on PR, ********, nofollow etc
3. Easy to manage sites.

Cons:

1. Costlier than Wiki Bomber
2. Difficult to maintain different campaign. I mean, in Wiki Robot it's difficult to use same user id for different submission. But you can do this with few copy-paste operation.

If you are trying to build links to just Tier-1, then Wiki Bomber will be good choice because of price. Just add the article, links and submit. If you want to use good PR wikis sites for money site, then Wiki Robot.

No experience with Extreme Wiki poster since many member told that it's not working like before.

You can't buy EWP since it was discontinued like 6 months ago. It's not developed and supported anymore.
