Extracting Video Id's from Youtube

I need a program that can extract videos from specific youtube urls. I know tubinator does this but that feature is broken in v2.4 and I don't want to pay for the full version if there's a free solution.

Anyone using any other program that has this ability?

Thanks samfisher, but what I need is something that can get the video id's and save them to a notepad file. I don't want to rip the actual videos.

Yes confined just the url of the video. So it would look like this:

9t7E4amWDqI

That's just the video id without the youtube url in front of it.

Tubinator is the only program that I know of that extracts the urls/video ids

Just looking for another solution if it exists.
