Hey all,
I have designed a new and unique SEO service which I am planning to go live within a few days. But before I do that I want to iron out a few wrinkles that I might face before going live. This will also provide my employees an opportunity to warm up and a real world experience.
I am coming with a service which is unique ( At least I dont see anything like it around ) and I want to know what the general public thinks about it which is why I am looking for beta testers to take our service for a spin.
What am I looking for in the beta tester?
- Brutally honest; Please do not sugar coat your feedback only because you are getting a free review ( It happens, because a lot of you here are nice people and dont want to hurt seller's sentiments ) . I want a straight forward feedback of the service. Be brutally honest.
- User experience; How do you feel using our backend? You should be able to tell us how comfortable you are navigating and using our backend and how it can be improved.
- Sales page; A sales page copy will be shown to you ( or maybe multiple variables of the sales page copy ). You have to tell us what is good and what is bad in it.
- Reporting; You have to check the reports that we will be sending across to you and you have to comment how this reporting can be done better.
- Quality; What do you think of the quality? Is it good, bad or down right crap. Let us know! ( Brutally honest remember? )
- Pricing; Too high, too low? Or just about right?
- Options; Are there enough options in our service? Or should they be more?
- USP; What according to you is the USP of the service? We have written down a few but we would like to hear from you too.
- Overall experience; How was your over all experience of our service?
- Help us make our service better ; Any other way through which you think we can make our service better? You have to let us know
- Be available on Skype; I want you to be available on skype, gtalk or email so that we can be in constant touch throughout the trial period. I would prefer people to be on skype because I am planning to make a skype group of all the beta testers so that everyone pitches in their ideas.
- Write a review on our thread; You have to let our other paying customers know what you thought of our service and how they can benefit from our service.
What will you get from this?
- One whole month of free SEO services( Worth $100 ) There are few things that might cost us a lot of money but if you are willing to bear those costs we will be more than happy to deliver the service to you.
- You can extend this one month period to one more month if you display our banner in your signature. ( This can be discussed at a later stage )
Why am I doing this?
I am not your average SEO guy. I never was I never will be. But that does not mean I like to proclaim myself as a guru, I am far from that. I am human and I make mistakes and I want to avoid making these mistakes with my clients. I am a customer centric person and I am willing to go to any extent to make our customer's experience better than anyone else. I dont want to be just another person who is reselling fiverr crap. I want to have an overall feedback an improvement in my service before I go live.
What is the criteria to become a beta tester?
You have meet the following criteria to be a beta tester :
- Have atleast 300 posts.
- Been around in the forum for atleast a year.
- 15 Jr. VIP & 10 Regular Members.
- Should be able to share contact detail of skype, email and/or gtalk.
- If you have BST in BHW, please do not apply.
