Adcenter banning like crazy

I used vps & vpn(HMA pro) to create & access that account.Also the bing & paypal account had exact same address,name & everything,still got banned.

i banned same in google adwords and adcenter

Well , I got blocked by the billing department, basically banned, when I go to login it just reloaded the page and asked for the password and user name again.. so I chatted with customer support they verified all my billing info, and within a few days i get an email that my account is unblocked.

The most frustrating part is that they choose to block me right after I put in my credit card info, felt like I was about to be ripped off.

also when I setup the account over the chat with one of there associates I asked for a promo code before i pay or I wasn't interested, she gave me a 50$ promo code, not sure who mentioned it here but it does work

Hey IAP, did you use *PayPal* as your billing method or did you use a *direct* credit card?

It seems like at least for me and MOST that I know, even when we contact support to VERIFY the billing info, they still will NOT get our account's un-blocked for us for whatever reasons...
