Ok guys I have been reading this forum a lot lately and have learned plenty of new things about seo, keyword research, etc. So now I have my money site ready already ranking on page 2 of google for a keyword with 2.9k exact searches without any off page SEO. Now I have four 2.0 web blogs ready pointing to my money site which I recently created with a lot of hard work. So my question is, what do I do for tier 2 and tier 3 or is it ok to leave those blogs without any backlinks.. I have seen people talking about softwares like scrapebox, bookmark demon, gsa, etc.. so please let me know which is easiest tool to create t2,t3 backlinks.. and what exactly do these tools do..

Build more than four Web 2.0's first. You should start off with around 10. Then either purchase some backlinks on BHW and point them towards the Web 2.0's, or go and build natural Wiki links, Profile backlinks, Social Bookmarks, more Web 2.0's, Forum posts, etc., and point them at the 10 Web 2.0 links you made. Then slowly grow it up. Slowly add more Web 2.0, and continue either purchasing or manually building more to them. Eventually you'll have a fantastic Web 2.0 network pointing to your money site.
It takes hard work and a lot of effort if you don't have much start up capital, but stick with it. It gets better.

Thanks for your reply, so I guess buying links for web 2.0 is easier than manually creating wiki, social bookmark links..

Mate, You can have planty of tools in SEO But I would suggest you to keep things simpler, as it would make your IM life simpler. I would suggest you create web 2.0 manually and then get BD (for bookmarking) and Wiki Bomber for Wiki links...
and once you start earning some decent money from your site you can keep on buying other tools if needed!

The biggest players always re-invest capitol into their sites, tools, and new ventures. Those that make quick bucks and do not diversify, reinvest, etc. are those that are quickly gone.

I'd say the best tool + the easiest is Xrumer. I till date, am to see a better tool. It's sadly expensive, so your best bet would be a wiki blaster. Web 2.0s, which can easily be manually + wikis or BMD blasts would help you well. Tho. please double, if not triple check your rank? Perhaps with a few peers and assure that you are on the 2nd page. Just in case. 
thanks mate, found his bst thread and his name is foodtrip btw.. anyways, little confused here.. do I have to use the url of my web 2.0 or the actual url of post? also what do I have to use, main keyword which I am targeting on my money site or just random keywords for these links?
Edit: Also I'd like to know how many social bookmarks should I point on each web 2.0..
