you need to a lots of things to get your keyword ranked... ( I did not see the competition though)..

Here are some of the diversified links you can have for it :

Code:
[TABLE="width: 1062"]

[TD="width: 1062"]http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo/535210-need-link-diversity-see.html[/TD]

I personally think that there is no specific answer that can give you the proper solution to rank your keyword within top 10 place . The entire thing depends on various factors- how competitive your keyword is, what type of articles you are using for making web 2.0 blogs, quality of video sharing backlinks etc etc...but I suggest you to achieve completely niche relevant backlinks from high quality blogs, use good anchor variations, authority contextual links from niche relevant site etc etc. At the end of the day, all you need is patience because here you cannot expect to have an over night result. I have found that Google really likes manual, slow but steady backlinking efforts rather than using any kind of spammy methods.

All domains in that niche are old, which means that they have some authority (despite the fact that they don't have links anymore). So, you should do like every other link builders do - web 2.0 sites, wiki sites, blog comments (quality ones), forum signatures and so on. Just make a long term plan of building links and stick to it. You should reach your goal fairly soon.

I think except all those you should follow the basics like SBM, article posting, press Release and blog commenting in related blogs, blog creations will definitely improve your ranking.
Another thing you need to remember that it will not happen over night. it will take time and need to follow on regular basis.
So keep doing all those things with patience you will see your keywords on your desired rank.

try

pinterest
digg
scoop.it

and what about content?

Doesn't seem like a hard kw to rank. From the SS I can guess most of the top10 ranking pages are from amazon altho yo didn't show the BLD. Just build some links your web 2.0 and make sure you have unqie quality content on both your money site and web2.0s on tier 1.

For more details check out kimi"s seo guides.

Good Luck!

You should choose some low competitive nich relative money keywords as a beginning and perform your SEO jobs. You can use social networking sites and blogging for this traffic and backlink.

Just some good on-page SEO should get you page 1 with that competition. For backlinking part just do some manual tiered link building. Get's you #1 in no time.

First be sure your on-page SEO is 100% optimized before starting to backlink.

You can outrank the competition by working on increasing your website traffic by having a well-built and well-designed website that provides lots of options for the visitors, as well as putting in valuable content. Having this kind of website will attract more visitors. More visitors mean increase in direct traffic and will result to a higher place in the Google search results.Also, acquire links from high authority domain with good PR, submission to article directories, creating contextual links from wiki, social bookmarks, web 2.0s, document sharing, video creation, blogposts, HPBL, etc.

It's a bit like gambling sometimes - there's no such thing as a sure thing. After all, if there was such thing, we'd all just do that and we'd all be happy and rich! But there are some things that will work better than others and the best way to be as sure as possible is to build a good site with valuable content and natural back links. There's no way of short-cutting it and anyone who tells you otherwise is lying.

Best answer so far.....

If u create so many back links but links are not indexing ,so first of all check how many back links are index if few back links index so u do tier2 link for indexing and you get good result very soon.

Those metrics of your competition means nothing. Just concentrate on your site. Have a strategy and get it going. Simple method is to get maximum social shares and bookmarks going to inner pages direct URLs (no anchors). Then get good quality web 2.0, video links, blog comments profile links etc and again all to brand and naked URLs. Once they all are indexed get good quality PBN links to your direct anchors. Now here the number depends upon your competition though you can start getting them in small quantity and increase it on the way. You can also build your own PBN network though the decision depends on your niche & ROI.

the competitors have old domain, you can as well buy aged domain.

the #1 only have 14 BLP, you can outrank them easily with some quality backlink
