I was wondering how many twitter accounts can you make on per private proxy to stay safe? i was told in the region of 100-200 per private proxy

Not even close. I'd say like 4 or 5. You have to think to twitter it's suppose to look like a normal home ip

that brazilian guy says the truth 5 accounts per ip. In 2011 from my personal experience there were 9 accounts per ip allowed, then in start of 2012 as far as i know twitter started undergoing updates, actually twitter started it in november of 2011. So my advice will be that 5 accounts per proxy will be the best bet. If you can afford it then start less and then grow

So how do people afford it, i know people who have over 10,000 + working twitter accounts, that will indicate they will need a minimum of 1000 private proxies, with the prices of proxy that is $1000 a month at $1 per proxy.

I have got hold of 500 new accounts, the seller gave them in the format of email and password which is no good for loading them into tweet adder as they don't have username.

Is it safe just to log in and out of each account just to get the username?
