Upload Manager?

Want to know if there is a software to upload files to the known filesharing websites. There are lot's of download managers but is ther an upload manager? I am not interested in uploadmirrors or other sites which let you upload your file to many hosting sites. I am looking for a software to run on my PC, where I can manage my uploads.

If you know something, please let me know.
