As long as they don't find my mason jars buried in the backyard I should be fine. I had enough doomsday forecasts in 2012.

Toss out the television; it's hard to get around in a 6 foot town when you're 10 feet tall the world seems so small (consumed with shit that don't matter).

True~

Well, what I really feel is.. if it really happens, it's gonna be real and the whole entire fucking world is gonna get affected.
U.S collapse, Euro Collapse, and Asia's real estate bubble. My country is having a really really out-of-control real estate bubble... and so are the neighbouring countries.

So if it happens, it's gonna be a fucking earthquake that everyone's gonna lactate from their titties.

Of course, that's just my opinion and belief :)
If it happens, it happens. I won't try to speculate too much on it.

But one thing's for sure: either short/buy puts before the collapse (though probability can be low); or start accumulating enough capital now and start buying when the crash happens and everything gets undervalued :p

We all know it's gonna happen, nothing we can do about it. The suns still gonna come up tomorrow an I still gotta put my boots on an get at it. No difference in having to hustle money online or go searching for food to feed my family. We just deal with it and make the best. Everyone have a super day and much luck in your work.

I welcome it, plenty of opportunities to make some serious bank!

Here's my theory (that's a big word):

A crisis is a short period of economic recession. Can't really say since 2008 its 'short'.. and actually, since the end of the 70's oil crash, the West is just fighting a losing battle, and the developing countries are becoming more and more strong.

Our world is just levelling.. The West and the developing world are adjusting to an even middle.. this is what happens with free trade and globalisation. It's never gonna get better in the EU or USA.. it might degrade slower. This slow down is of course affecting the world, but Russia, South America, Asia, Africa.. they're huddling together and that's where the future is.

Investors and bankers have no nationality, they'll just put their eggs wherever things are going well.

Well inevitably this will just lead to war LOL!

scare mongering like they did in 1920's US that brought about the great depression.

Interestingly

Happens to be someone connected in high places so from where I'm sitting he's just as bad as the powers at be.

There have always been doomsayers, and things have managed to survive. The debt of the US is not comparable to the debt of countries like Cypress. Cypress is part of a union, so it's debt is more closely related to, say, Ohio. The interest the US pays on its debts is lower than it was during the 80s, as a percentage of our economy. Growth in spending is actually at record low levels. Everything on the news about the sky is falling is just sensationalism, and causes more problems than the facts they use to make their claims.

I think most things do have to come to an end, but we are decades from any real concerns in the US. I haven't seen anything to suggest otherwise.

The 'official' debt of the US (admitted on the books) is about 17 trillion dollars. The total direct and indirect debt obligation is over 53 trillion, if one counts bank bailouts, FDIC payments to customers when a bank goes bust, Fannie Mae, etc. It goes into the hundreds of trillions if derivatives such as credit default swaps are counted. Wall St created the latter, to pay off fat cats of as a kind of insurance bet in case a big bank or country goes under.

Which banks or countries, you may ask? EUROPEAN ones, is the answer. So if the EU or Eurozone goes bust, those derivative credit swaps (again, hundreds of trillions of them) come due. Indeed, the banksters have created more phantom debt, than there exists money on the entire planet to pay it back. The only thing holding back the debt disaster is the Mid-east. The US-UK-Israel axis desperately wants to start a major war with Syria/Iran, so the ensuing economic destablization can then be all blamed on Muslims. But if the collapse happens before the war, everybody will see it was the bankster's and 1%er's fault, for creating all these toxic debt instruments to begin with. So for now, they're patching up the fiscal mess with all their might, to hold things in place until the scapegoat is ready.

Couldnt agree more...#Operation Syria is udnerway and its just a matter of time b4 they invade the country and soon Iran and the rest will b next! However i read that the likes of Russia and China warn the US and its allies against invasions so it could all excalate into a full blow WW3 as we know it...or basically the end of the world as we know it lol.As Einstein put it
"I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones."
