What is the best Newsletter software/service??

Hello fellow members,

I was wondering... what is the best low cost/free email subscribers software/service out there?

I would like:
* 10k subscribers add possibilities
* Filter lists possible (Languages for example)
* No limit on sending emails each month
* Subscribe-Unsubscribe possibility in the emails
* Lot of graphic choices, like email templates and button adds for social media

Hope someone can help me out with this question.

I just started using Aweber it seems pretty decent for the very low price/month

Hi guys, thanks for all the usefull comments.
I looked at the Aweber website and it seems that you really need to pay quite a bit to use the 10k option unfortunately...
Getresponse looks good too but is even a bit expensiver than Aweber. I would choose Aweber in this case.

Any suggestion is welcome if it fits the profile I mentioned, thanks in advance!
