With the package like that and good on-page factors I can bet you can rank for heavy keywords as well leave alone the easy one's. If you stop the service the link placed will be removed and it will start to decline eventually

The motive of the service is to provide tremendous authority to the sites, it doesn't matter if its your direct money site or a network. If you use the package on the network the link-power will be distributed across your network. This makes your network stronger to rank other sites.

I would recommend to use this on money site if your budget is lower and blog network if its higher
