Hi,

I might need a VA from China who has a good command of English! China because I just started working for a Chinese company (my Mandarin is close to fluent, but sometimes it is a PITA to make translations on my own - it takes to long to translate some specific words I never heard in my entire life [coal mining] and therefore I might need some support ;-)). Might "share" it with my original IM business, so good English would be another requirement. Any thoughts on that?

We only provide VA with english only, not Mandarin.
However, if you need one with Mandarin let me know i can help u to refer to my friend

I have to admit that I only read through pages 1 and 2 of this thread so I apologize if I am asking about something that you might have already addressed somewhere in this thread over the past4 years. Are you still offering your discount? I am interested in hiring a full-time technical VA. Do you have a short list of services or minimum skill requirements your staff needs to have or meet before you hire them (i.e. know how to use Wordpress, what proxies are, FTP, basic HTML something along those lines, or do we have to teach them literally all the basics? Maybe we can connect on Skype?
