Where would I find a great coder/partner to create a new tool?

I dabble in coding but I am not nearly good enough or dedicated to coding to create such a tool. I can however plan, idea, concept and design. Now I am not looking to drop 5k on paying a coder to make this tool so I can sell it myself. I am interested in taking a percentage of sales, and mind you a much lower percentage (Looking at about 14% would statistically make sense to me).

Is anyone here a great coder looking for a partner with ideas? need help planning? concepting GUIs? I am not someone who will just ask if X can be done, I am a little bit of a programmer myself, I understand the situation.

I too code in .net (C#) and I believe it is not the most efficient language for these kinds of bots.

I am thinking 14/86 split. Coder taking 86. I understand that the coder will be doing most of the work, I am not going to try to deny that.
