I recently re-visited this method, as I found a few new ways to implement it, but I have a question. You mentioned spreading out your domains to several parking companies to make less per account. How many accounts do you use per parking company, on average?

I already know how many you use to generate most of your money, which you mentioned to be between 30 - 45% of your domain portfolio, but you never mentioned how many domains per account.

Clever way to get type in traffic. My sedo account just got banned, because an expired domain I bought was making about $5/day w/ sedo. I don't really know why it was banned, other than they said "advertisers didn't like the traffic" -- so I moved all my domains to afternic, and after 2 weeks, they banned the domain. At least this time they didn't delete my account. When I asked why, they gave me same response...advertisers didn't like the traffic.

I would definitely be warned that sedo could very easily ban your account. I wasn't doing anything wrong, but they thought there was fraud.

If you were banned only for $5 how will we earn $50 a day? Or shall is ay you made some mistake or it all depends upon luck only?

Right i would rather like playing safe. I will prefr to save $20 to 30 a month rather than takign a risk like this. But still figuring a person got banned for getting $5, where do we stand???????????? or do we even stand?

Can you please clear me one thing the ban or cancelation of account on SEEDO (or g daddy) means we will loose all our domains too? Or does that only mean that we will not be able to sell and buy on these domain trrading forums?

Ok so image watermark this, image watermark that.
How about sending "no referrer" traffic to the page on the following scenario:
1. buy the mistyped domain at company A
2. before parking it, start sending traffic to it
3. park it.
It will get random visitors from the first minute it gets parked, nothing suspicious there.
Make sure you dont buy a dropped domain since its possible for the parking site to have stats on it.

Is anyone doing this?
I plan to do it.
I guess that converting traffic can be found here, on fiverr, seoclerks, etc.
And I bet the parking companies are less thorough that Google Adsense.

OP, what do you think about twisting this into a true auto pilot method? What I mean is, find a domain that is available (probably have to buy via an auction for a pretty penny to get a domain name that would actually get a lot of NATURAL type in traffic), and just cash park it, because it does get a ton of type in traffic that could make money, but the person who is selling it at auction is probably oblivious too. I'm thinking of EMDs with monthly searches in the 25k-50k range.

Also, adding another twist here...if the site naturally gets a good amount of type ins, then that *really* opens the door for you to promote the site with watermarked images, as the traffic coming from your marketing will blend in a lot better, versus, your traffic will be near or virtually 0 without your efforts on a much less popular domain.

I know this would take some money to start up, but you'd be surprised what even a few hundred bucks will get you as far as a domain name these days.

Also, my question is, can you see what the revenue per click is estimated at before parking a domain, using a research tool?

Basically, I'd want to find out what keywords are going to get a very nice return - you mentioned getting close to $1 per click in revenue, which I think is fabulous. I would definitely like to research the estimated pay per click the parking service was paying, and then find an EMD that could use those keywords very well.

I'm sure there are matches out there, and as mentioned above, if the EMD gets 25k-50k searches per month, I would say you would get enough type in traffic naturally to start earning a pretty fair amount at close to $1 per click.
