Script for shipping prices, 3 different prices for shipping for 1 item?

I am looking to charge USA customers $0, Canadians $5 and the rest of the world $8.

I currently use paypal and don't have a shipping calculator for my account since it's from a country that doesn't have it yet we are to small for paypal to notice and google checkout is not here either! Sucks. Tiny rich country in Europe and nothing!

I was told by paypal to look for a special customer script for this a 3rd part or shopping cart? Does anyone know of one. I am not good at programming or anything like that!

Is there anything that would offer this?

What you mean by UPS? No I mean a script for shipping prices. I use USPS for shipping.

UPS has nothing to do with the script. lol. Oh wait are you implying that they have a built in feature for that?
