Hopefully someone will read this and save themselves a lot of headaches.

I ordered and paid 3.5 months ago and OP failed to deliver despite several reminders etc. The turnaround time clearly says 15-20 days?.I, like others, foolishly assumed this meant 15-20 CONSECUTIVE days, not 1 day a month for the next 2 years?? The quality of work was good, actually very good, but dealing with this guy really is like pulling teeth. Responses are immediate until you have paid then delays, no responses at all and excuses. Tries to get you to do things they say they will do?.No responses for a week at a time then only part responses.

I would never use this OP again and suggest that if you do that you pay only 1/2 up front with balance due on completion otherwise like me and at least one other who has posted here it will drag on forever. I assume they are just too busy and once paid there is no incentive to ever deliver?..
Now, don't get me wrong. OP offered a refund, but I have wasted 3.5 months of my life, 2 domain fees, and because of the time, had to pay the paypal fees myself to get my own money back!!!

So as usual buyer beware, but strongly suggest to stick to my new rule of only ever paying half up front for anything here?.no matter how long the OP has been around?..

Well, I appreciate your honesty and letting everyone know that our work is top-notch when it comes to quality. Unfortunately sometimes business transactions won't work out if the buyer and seller just butt heads. While I'm sorry I wasted your time I did what any well respected business man would do and refunded your money, even though the project was done, and anyone who has made some money with paypal knows there is a cost to doing business through there and you'll always pay fees.

Let me remind the community of the great business we have done in regards to this service:

I also got the a very very good Preview on how the site is about + how it looks....

The Design is very nice.

The Articles so far are also VERY GOOD.

The idea behind the site is also way more then I expected.

This service is sick (thats good).
Communication from Steve and his team has been excellent, there I was waiting for an email to confirm my niches, and I just got an email saying the entire project is nearly completed!
Steve has just done everything to make this service 100% excellent I can see his attention to detail and respect for his customers is second to none.

Then I looked at the sites he created - they are not just OK sites, they are not just niche sites that look "quite good", the site actually looks fantastic (building sites for customer makes up a small part of my job, and these sites are actually better looking than most of the sites I've built and sold to off-line customers).
In summary, these aren't sites that you can use to rank and then just get people on a hope that they might click an ad before they go somewhere else, they are sites that people will actually bookmark!

Very very very impressed, I cant say enough. this is a Class A service.

When Steve said these are Authority sites, he is not messing around.

Out of ALL the niche sites I have bought here on BHW (about 4-5), this is absolutely the best one. These are not just thin MNS but sites filled with quality content and other neat little features that they decided to throw in. I chose a niche and Steve chose a niche, and I was definitely not disappointed with his choice. I'm sure this niche would kill it once the holidays come.

Lastly, what kind of BST has PHONE support? Professional as hell.

I just want to let everyone know about wasted's customer service. He has been very professional and helpful on every step. Customer satisfaction is definitely his number #1 priority. That being said, let's move on to the website. The design of the website is properly fit with the niche. A lot of eyes catching extras that go well with optimized. This is definitely the meaning of AUTHORITY website. The CPC for keywords are $1. I know that Google is going to love this site due to its unique contents. Visitors come across the site will actually read your articles and search more on your site. This can help boost affiliate sales. The valuable information from this site will encourage your visitors to share through social media.

What I see that is missing is the sharing buttons. This will make visitors' jobs easier if they want to share the content on the site. Besides that, everything else is great! Overall, I am pleased as wasted's customer and the service that he provided. If anyone is still deciding or whether to try it out, Don't Hesitate! I can't wait to start on my SEO works. Also I'm currently waiting on my 2nd website and marketing plan.

I justed wanted to comment that I purchased a BOGO birthday package. One site is complete, the other should be done in a couple of days and I'm very happy with the results. The look of the site is great. Navigation is clear, graphics sharp, it's a great looking site. The content is solid, articles are well targeted and written in proper English. I strongly recommend this service!

Received my site today. Looks fantastic and professional just as advertised. The content is well written and interesting which is crucial for an authority site to be successful. My only criticism was the delivery time which did exceed quite some time past the estimated period, but as an apology Steve has kindly offered to add some extra content so I'm certainly not complaining! He was also very easy to communicate with and kept me updated when I had concerns.

While too early to tell I'm very optimistic I can generate a return of investment from this site and would recommend the service for anyone serious about venturing into authority websites.

Communication: 10/10 - Steve is always onine and will get back to you with an answer within 24 hours. He had shown responsibily by giving his clients a headsup, if he forsees any delays in advance.
Quality: 9/10 - While nothing is perfect in this world. I feel that Steve and his team deserves a 9 without doubt.
Reliability: 10/10 - You can count on Steve for any project. He will achieve your goals without issue.

First off - I have already made two large sales from my new sites. Positive return on investment in such a short time frame is amazing.

Amazing work. You will not find a harder working individual/team for this kind of money.

I bought the two for one special for two new authority review sites. I had a few custom requests for my sites that were taken care of expertly. The designs of the sites look very modern and "clean" exactly what I wanted.

He did everything I asked and more. He made posts/articles, banners, everything and even corrected them when I wanted a few things changed. This guys knows what he is doing.
Really everything you could want and more. I already have a positive return on investment, what more could you ask for.
