Velosofy, Editorsdepot offers many templates. here, you don't need account to download free templates. Even videezy offers templates for free. In videezy, there are also paid option, if you want, you can try it.

Share AE and free ae templates are both my go-to. Some are now charging a monthly fee to have unlimited access which to be fair is pretty good if you happen to use AE a lot.
