Does anyone know how to get into contact with the people at Magic Submitter? I am not able to get into the Help forums and there is no email address to send a message to.

I also tried to get a hold of Alex at his website but the ticket system keeps rejecting my submissions.

Can you elaborate on your problem? Maybe someone here could help you, I personally use magic submitter and I know Alex and David really well.
 
Thanks guys. Will try those emails above . I had no way of getting into contact with them over a non-software issue.
 
You should try to post your problem on here.. You will be surprised how many good answers you can get.
 
The problem is that I'm trying to get into their support forum. But for some reason, it is not letting me log in.
Hopefully someone over there gets my email i sent to [email protected] to fix this.
 
I have an issue with magic submitter I just subscribed it for the first month. After the installation when I try to enter my email so that my registration will be "confirm successfully" but it never function whenever I click the tools in any icon it never response please help . i don't know what the issue

p.s. I installed it in my VPS ...

make sure your vps has .net framework installed. btw! which Windows OS you are using in your vps?
 
Yes, you need the .NET framework installed as well as the correct version of Internet Explorer 8.
