Question- How do I capture the leads generated by my ad clicks on Bing?

I am running successful PPC campaigns on Bing but 94% of the traffic does not buy. The non buyers, at the point where they exit, are being sent to an exit pop up and offered a free gift in return for signing up with the vendor.
Pretty standard stuff for Clickbank products.
So my question is.....
How do I set up a landing page so that the visitor thinks that he is on the vendors page but he is actually on mine. So that when he exits I can capture the lead with my exit pop and my free gift/offer?
I am aware that many affiliates send their traffic to a squeeze page first, but that kills my conversions and I just want to collect the data from the visitors that do not want to buy first time.
Thanks

Thanks, but how do I set it up so that the traffic that does not click through to the clickbank offer payment page goes to my squeeze page and not the vendors?
Presently I am sending most of my traffic to the vendors freebie list not mine.
I thank you for your expert assistance :)

side note bing won't approve my ads because the site (a cb product) has exit popups, like 4 of them. I never noticed because it doesn't happen with my firefox configuration but it does when the bing rep goes there on IE.
