Damn - I really have to apollogize! You were late with sending out the report and I did not see any movements, so I requested the refund and got it timely and in a professional manner. Now its time to be fair from my side and revisit my feedback. After receiving my refund I got the report one day later, so the work has been done accordingly.

I was just placing an order and submitted my order details, but when it redirected to paypal for the payment, it kept saying the ssl certificate was expired and paypal would not load.
