1) is it good idea to download somewhere short video clips and post them on youtube. i planned to insert short website intro (10s) with link.
2) i cannot monetize those videos right ?

then i'm stuck here where i am. i did spend all my money on website development,but site is poorly seo optimized and my google traffic is 0 for now. have around 200 articles, my daily visit is around 50/day and all visits are coming back from my fb group,nobody wants link exchange.
someone can give me some tips where to start ? i dont like to spam blog, beg ppl for likes,shares etc..

I lot of people think they are monetizing their youtube videos when actually they are becoming a youtube partner, enabling youtube to monetize the video - you only get access to their royalty free audio, for use on your videos.

NO not a good idea at all. If you do this and the person who owns them comes after you , you could find yourself in huge trouble. It is not right nor is it fair.
