What is exactly the purpose of this class? Is it for small business to understand the concept of SEO or basically for them how to do it? I didn't go through all the course yet, but just seeing what your idea for the course is and I know you provide SEO services, so I don't think you want to teach them SEO. IMO if it's just to let the student to understand the concept and know what they are getting from you, this class is a bit overwhelming. If you're trying to just get people to subscribed to your course, then so far it looks like a pretty good course. I only gotten through the first video. The voice does irk me a bit like someone said but being monotone will make you fall asleep also. Hard to win on that.

I would like to see it please. I think its a great idea as I had to learn SEO for my local offline business, thats actually how I got started in IM. I would have bought the course back in the day for sure. Many small business owners are highly motivated to learn but lack the funds to pay for SEO services.

At first I was gearing it towards small businesses and like you said it's overwhelming for them. Not only do they have to run their business, but to take on Local SEO and IM is not something they want to do.
Now the more I read posts within the Offline topic, people (IMers) can use the information within this course to pitch to local small businesses. That's if they don't already know Local SEO.
I have also seen a benefit from showing this course to a client to gain credibility. I'm not just some guy off the trying to sell them a service I know nothing about lol Another tool for my sales kit.

Try to offer you clients a referral fee, then you will see another new clients coming like a snowball

I've watched the first two videos and I can really agree on the acting thing, it's fairly annoying. Also it at times seems that you really haven't prepared for it or don't know what you're talking about because you stutter a lot. Carrying on the constructive criticism from above ^.
Either way, I'll be watching through the series and hopefully catch something I don't already know.

I appreciate the feedback and will be working on it shortly! Being that it was my first video series, wasn't sure how to act and feared being to monotone.
Would definately be interested in checking it out, but honestly it would be to compare with myself 
. I would still message you my opinion of it and possibly help you with it structurally (if you need it). Already seems like you have enough alpha testers already so I may be a bit too late.

First off props for getting in front of the camera and doing all this yourself, with that said, I suggest you hire an actress to speak for you. I say this for two reasons:
1. It is much more likely that businesses owners especially males but even females to a lesser extent would watch your course in its entirety if a female was speaking.
It?s just the way things work. With very few exceptions (ex Morgan freeman or the guy that did movie trailers before he died, don lafontaine I think) female voices are more engaging for the listener.
Female voice actresses on average are paid a lot more than their male counterparts for the same reason.
2. Your voice isn?t bad, it just lacks emotion. I know it sounds weird but as a business owner I would want to hear you sound pumped about what you?re teaching me so that I in turn can be excited about putting the knowledge to use to increase my potential client base. Very few people will take the time to listen to ANYTHING that is delivered without passion or energy.
Think about those really bland documentaries that you might see from time to time channel surfing. If the person sounds boring, you just keep surfing.
Now I haven?t gone through the whole thing yet, so maybe it improved but there are a lot of instances where you seem unsure of yourself due to pauses and things like that. Stumbling over your words also doesn?t really give you the professional air you want to present to business owners.
Again your voice isn?t bad, so if you just have to do the course yourself and refuse to hire someone else, I would suggest practicing your delivery in front of a mirror, or your friends for a bit, then redoing it.
As far as clarity goes, you really do a great job of breaking down what exactly seo for small businesses contains and why it should be important them. There are a few errors here and there that i'll list after going through the entire course.
I doubt very many owners would get through the entire course for the reasons I mentioned above, but those that do would definitely have a better idea of how seo can drastically improve their business. Now another poster brought up an issue that I?ll address as well.
This would work so much better as a training course for people offering seo services because business owners don?t have time to do all this.
You have to take into account the fact that even with all the knowledge in the world, there is a learning curve that we all have to go through. During that time, we mess up more often than we succeed at something.
This means that the strapped for time business owner would most likely use your videos to train an employee, who would most likely screw something up during the learning curve, that an seo expert easily could've handled.
Businesses pay seo marketers for their expertise (fake or real) and the convenience they gain by letting someone else more qualified handle it while they focus on other things essential to their business.
Again I?m not saying this isn?t a good product for business owners, and I guess if you're trying to be a consultant or something it could work.
Hell you may have even sold a decent amount already, all I?m saying is that is seems like it would be more beneficial as training material for new marketers wanting to break into the business.
Ultimately I feel like your content is spot on, but your target audience and your presentation need some work.
I?m not super far into this yet because if you remember I?m currently watching a live stream, however over the next few days I?ll look through it and offer more feedback.
